The Similkameen Valley has been a top tier fruit growing region for more than a century, so it was only natural, that a few decades ago, they would also start to produce outstanding wine grapes. While the region is small, they are not short on premium, award winning wines. 

Strikingly beautiful and dramatically steep mountain terrain surrounds the valley, directing millennia of glacier melt, minerals and sediment through the valley bottom, creating spectacular grape growing conditions. 

Long hours of sunlight, rich in minerals and low mildew pressure, allow this valley to create complex, elegant and award winning wines. These unique attributes of the valley have created optimal conditions for much of the organic viticulture found in the area.
